Guelph's Holiday Angels Founder
Rebecca has spent much of her career working for a non-for profit seniors organization as a Recreationist, and for the last five years has been the Fundraising Coordinator. She is responsible for the development and execution of fundraising initiatives, grants, accessibility projects, and developing community partnerships with external stakeholders and businesses in the Guelph community.
Volunteering is about creating unity in the places and environments that we are in. I believe volunteers can create change and have the power and the capability to enhance one's quality of life through meaningful engagements.
I have had the privilege of working side-by-side with some of the most amazing not-for-profit organizations in Guelph, who have all shown through events and actions, both big and small, how we can make a difference in our community and in the lives of others.

As an energetic mother of three girls, I pride myself in being involved in the community and passionate about helping make a difference each and every day. I am one of those Christmas crazy people that understands the meaning behind the holiday and I don't think anyone should ever wake up on Christmas morning without a gift or without feeling the magic of the holiday season.
Guelph is a very giving and generous community and I'm very lucky to know so many in Guelph that give and contribute without hesitation #Guelphproud.This type of program brings the community together on the premise of kindness and it goes such a long way...more than ever right now.
Giving my time to these rewarding endeavours, brings a lot of meaning and value to me personally and I describe this as a true labour of love.
I'm very excited to launch this new program and partner with other experts in the community who are front-line workers who know exactly how a program like this can benefit the community. Let's get this party started! Guelph's Holidays Angels has officially launched and I couldn't be more excited!
